Maybe because the company doesn’t agree with the auditor and are taking a stand?
This is the same auditor that signed off on the approach previously. I’m not a technical accountant but I can’t see why they should be classified as an agent for accounting purposes. They are selling a product at retail, paying a supplier wholesale.
So the ABR is speculating there could be another issue without naming one? Maybe because the author couldn’t think of any? I sure can’t.
Seems like a pretty desperate attempt to discredit the company.
