The SP has softened, The CEO is delusional and is out gardening & the Chair is walking.
And Its not too late to back out of the KKR deal (pay the $40m break fee).
Super value at a quick on-market offer from SOL around $25 and would pickup another 20% taking their holding to 35% IMHO.
So SOL could get a change in the BOD and control of the lot before the current board/management even wakes up.
