    The previous CEO and CFO had 3 years of over promising and under delivering. There are some positives (but not many);
    - strong cashflow and improved balance sheet.
    - growth in new market particularly the Middle East and South America
    - growth in new products in the US retailers.
    - cost reductions.

    This years profit results are crap. The board should have taken action a long time ago. Will wait to see what they tell us at the AGM.
