As far as Thai gaming legalisation...it's been known about for as long as I've been following this company which is about 2017 if I'm not mistaken and has always been priced into the share price to lesser or greater degrees

one of the ways they hyped up Lee Bug Huys involvement as a shareholder was that because of his connections in Thailand , he could help the company adapt if gaming was legalised. You can find that it in articles discussing Donaco from years ago.

perhaps in some way it's a good thing to get it over and done with and show what Star Vegas can actually bring in after it's done. if star Vegas shows it can still make money from VIP junkets that keep returning and adapt towards new sources of clients and/or income it will be a positive for the SP because for many years the shadow of Thai legalisation has been hanging over Donaco.
