For those new to Ventia, it's a leading infrastructure services provider catering to various sectors such as defence, social infrastructure, water, electricity and gas, resources, telecommunications and transport. It's a large company with a workforce of 35,000 across more than 400 sites.

FY24 Financial Summary
For the financial year ending 31 December 2024, Ventia delivered another year of strong financial performance, with results exceeding previous year figures:
Total Revenue: $6,105.5 million (+7.6% vs. FY23)
EBITDA: $499.3 million (+7.3% vs. FY23) with a stable EBITDA margin of 8.2%
NPATA (Net Profit After Tax and Amortisation): $227.9 million (+12.8% vs. FY23)
Cash Conversion Ratio: 91.4% (up 2.6 percentage points from FY23)
Work in Hand: $19.4 billion (+6.7% vs. FY23)
Final Dividend: 10.63 cents per share (+12.8% vs. FY23), contributing to a total FY24 dividend of 19.98 cps (80% franked)
On-market Buyback: Up to $100 million announced for FY25
The renewal rate of 91.9% definitely underscores the strength of its long-term client relationships.

Outlook for FY25
Ventia expects continued sustainable growth, providing guidance for NPATA growth of 7-10% (excluding the one-off benefit from the Toowoomba transaction). The company aims to grow its "Work in Hand" beyond $20 billion and maintain strong cash generation (>90% cash conversion). Strategic priorities include expanding digital infrastructure services, strengthening its presence in defence and social infrastructure, and progressing toward sustainability goals.

I think the FY24 results reflect solid to good year. The fact that their NPATA of $227.9 million surpassing the top end of its previous upgraded guidance, it indicates that the company's performance exceeded expectations. This is a good sign. Looking foward to seeing what they can do in FY25.
