    If everywhere becomes like Canada, it'd be hard to have enough supply, prices would go up and fair value gain of biological asset might be conservative and if it still goes up despite a price decrease than the company is growing lots more.

    Inventory impairment is causing an 8% net margin hit which is pretty huge, haven't seen that item line for other ASX listed agricultural companies, salmon, prawns, kingfish, olives, beef probably just absorbed elsewhere as a cost of doing business but it should mean biological asset has already been converted to inventory and for whatever reason that inventory has become impaired because for whatever reason it cannot be sold.

    It otherwise seems like it should be a scalable business and Australia tends to be good at broad scale agriculture, also if its an annual crop then timing is opposite to northern hemisphere for harvest so less competition for fresh supply
