Interesting reading …. Sold division that had 1/4 of sales and 50% of pbdit in 2024! Seems to be sold very cheap @ only 3 x profit. Over the years MCP sold Printing division, electrical import division and now Multex. Dividends haven fallen with each divestment. There is not much left to sell and no dividend this year. Reminds me of my investment in Hills Industries and that went to zero, HIL just kept restructuring and selling great assets! If we are left with excess storage/warehouse capacity of $6m in costs, what was really achieved by Multix sale.??? Sometimes things are best left alone than change things for the sake of appearing to do some thing. I can’t see a dividend for a while…. Maybe MOC chasing cash to get ready for adverse court decision next June. Can’t say I’m happy atm. The last time MCP didn’t pay a dividend was the financial crisis. This looks bad!!!!
