My concern is that the company is still making a loss of over $2m per year, with revenue of ~$10m.
To make up for this shortfall in profit, you would likely need to double the number of recurring contracts written every year and reduce costs - Is there really sufficient, ongoing, demand for portable data centres?
A CR is inevitable in the next 12 months and when this occurs, the SP is going to get absolutely slaughtered imo. The market/ASX is not a place where you want to try and raise funds at the moment!
That said, I don't think DXN will have any choice but to try and tap this anaemic market again in the next few months. It's going to horrible to watch though.
