I wouldn't be surprised to be honest after my initial look it looks like they are on the cusp of being EBITDA positive which will be more or less close to being operationally cash flow neutral.
However, it looks like they are in the hypergrowth stage and establishing a presence in the market so I would expect based on the positive move in the price a CR will be done and the reason would be to get additonal funds for strategic investments to accelerate growth.
