not necessarily true just because you reach EBITDA positive doesn't mean your cashflow neutral. There will be a tiny lag to become operationally cashflow neutral and then there will also need more money to fund capital investments for future growth.
This is classic signs they are teeing up a CR. Although because of the positive momentum I expect the CR to be able to be achieved smoothly without hiccups.
