Well I hope they educate the staff at the retail outlets when the new product is launched. I visited a Priceline Pharmacy today and alas it took awhile for the staff to realise what it was I was talking about. Maybe I no spik inglish well. They then showed me the product on the shelf but knew little about it as they have allegedly had no detailed explanation of what the product is about. No leaflets to describe the benefits. They also had a few boxes of out of date product ready to go back to the supplier. Seriously, while this is only one store, it has motivated me to visit the other stores in my city to see if the reaction is the same. Hope the Crows win this season. JMT
