Quite a lot of this appears to be simply copied and pasted from published articles. However the decision making algorithm is based on the personal experience of 3 surgeons from one hospital and it doesn't specify any particular brand or dermals substitute as implied by the Wilson's version of the diagram. Furthermore the surgeons don't offer much justification for their choice except the personal case experience of the authors, which may be relatively limited and subject to change as they gain more familiarity with Novosorb.
But evidently in Wilson's new assessment, Polynovo shares are suddenly worth more than $1. Maybe their clients complained
