As to the question on profits, this company is a beautiful example of reinvesting cash flow into future growth. If you listen to some of the CEO interviews in the past he mentions that a new sales hire takes about 3 months to pay off, the next 9 months is money to the company. It has been reinvesting for many years and the revenue growth as shown above is all one could hope for. We are at the cusp of ongoing profits in spite of this high investment. Now as someone who has been invested since .25c I'm very happy with progress and future potential. I don't sweat the traders playing over a few cents here and there!
