Could I please ask yiu a little more about this stock (just cone across it)
a bit like Lovisa (a core holding for me) margin of 30% is outstanding for a retailer
Is this just Australia or is there and overseas aspect (or ambition??) to your knowledge?
Do they produce stuff cheaply in Asia (as per Lov) or in Oz?
Do they hold significant inventory (which like City Chic is a potential massive problem)
Yielding 6% with 15% yearly growth means the ability to re rate 2 or 3x higher very quickly to a yield of 2-3% (like Lovisa) is highly likely if 15% growth year on year is likely
