This dividend looks quite secure, as the free cash flow yield 24 may be around 20 % (FCF of 21 m$, if we estimate it as EBITDA - Capex - lease, ignoring the working capital effect).
Only element which limits the share price increase in the short term : more sellers are coming when the volume is increasing. But we can't really complain when we look at the share price on 1 year.
