It wasn't due to Greg selling $0.5m of shares or even the legal guy. It was because retailers across the nation were signalling weaker sales and profits and some heat got taken out. However alternate data for STP shows that they've been bucking the trend and it's nice to see the results today.
Also profit growth accelerated in 2H24 on 2H23 vs 1H24 vs 1H23 which is very positive. The marketing dollars are being well spent and they have adapted nicely over the last 2 years.
Greg signalled more profitable growth to continue in FY25. They are working on more partnerships, I follow them quite closely on socials and see that some stuff is definitely in the works.
Love the fact that they are executing and not releasing every bit of positive news to the market. For ex, they're in Singapore now but didn't bring that up. Many more positive levers to come I think.
