I think its the AUD/USD. When US drops their rates, this should put a bit of a rocket under it. They had a smaller dividend recently, so thats why there is higher cash, but this implies that they could give a larger dividend for first half. They also introduced new software that allows fulfilment from online purchases to be done in the customers closest store. This make it a more efficient operation, but I noticed that the software company only focusses on the big companies. This will be pricey, but no doubt will pay off.
Ultimately, I think this shows the new team making moves. Before, they were relying on people walking into the store, the new team seem to be actually selling now. Looks like they have turned a corner (if all conditions remain the same).
