Agree (and just purchased some)
On-track for $20.5m EBITDA, $16.5m EBIT and $15m PBT on my workings - implying an EV/EBITDA of 2.2x and PER of 4.0x tax adjusted.
Net debt down to $1.7m and will not pay tax this year so combined with a profitable H2 should end the year with net cash.
A similar business (and market cap) in Millennium services is being acquired for ~4.5x EBITDA despite a checkered earnings history. This business should trade at similar levels, so up to $1.20/share looks fair.
