Im still curious as the 35c low from the past 12 months would give STG a $10m EV.
they have around $10m revenue from their tech and managed services so 1x EV.
If what they have now is in terminal decline they have $12m in net cash to spend to save the company.
I just have no knowledge about the variables that will decide the company (Tiri, Verify, IBM commercial appeal etc)
