Only missed due to upgrades, AISC only due to the cost of said upgrades. Show me anything being built on time and budget these days; you can't even get a house done on time. With the gold price holding strong and the management team making all the right moves, I see nothing to be worried about and only good things to come.
I love all these sellers because I'm still sitting on my large key holding, but have been making easy money buying the dip every time the casuals get spooked.
