*Mid- October now for refinancing of the ANZ facility —
This to safeguard SOL as I understood it, & as per written requirements when the cap raise was negotiated last year.
Currently ANZ are still the first secured creditors with Aeris , until this remaining debt facility is fully extinguished.
SOL are no.2 secured creditors and I presume will become first in line secured creditors after the ANZ $50 million debt is refinanced, by in a month. (or paid somehow)
And they are the substantial shareholders also of AIS.
They seek to ensure coverage of their investment risk, and debt finance arrangements between now and late August next year - with the underlying assets held by Aeris.
And Robert Milner holds an exec position on the board of AIS.
Good to catchup on reading the end of August released financial and accounting update from the company.
