The only experience I had with him was when he screwed us out of those gas shares, sorry but at this particular moment, I cannot recall the name was it NWE?
He put us in an awful position, where we either had to sell or swap our shares for MIN @$100 per share, no way!
I read a lot about him then, I decided he was shifty tbh
I am so very sorry for shareholders in MIN.
I have no advice, but GLTA.
