I go along a section of that road everyday to work. Its atrocious. Pretty much since completion crews have been working on it. There's at least four or five stop go lights just in a 5km section. I'm not a civil engineer but I'm pretty sure the road surface is struggling under the load and the seasonal environmental conditions.
