Hi PP
The debate on when Mins refinance the bonds and at what rate is largely irrelevant to valuation and whether Mins is a buy or sell.
Can you state simply are you a buyer or seller of Mins, and the reasons why?
I have stated my position very clearly: I'm a buyer of Mins with a fair valuation of at least $45 = P/E of 8.3 X. And i sent my model on it this morning. Thanks. Dekka
