Merger completion now mid CY2025 rather than 1H25. Looks like the timetable has been delayed by US approvals. It looks as though everything is on track just taking longer than expected. (slide 19).
As I posted above if the merger was getting done by June (4 months and ticking) a definite timetable would be released by now.
