That is how I read it Wagger. If somebody holding a good volume of stock wants a definite out in an illiquid thinly traded stock they will take out the top buyer and all those below it until they have sold all. Sometimes that will take 15-20% off the table and trigger a few stop losses to boot. I agree - the metrics are fine and almost all are improved. The most welcome being the margin. There are some political uncertainties but for now most of the pipeline is signed up. I do think that in the long term the Libs will finish up pretty much tracking the current national grid policy - I think they are just taking a temporary different track to make a point of difference prior to the elections. After all electricity requires a conduit to reach where its needed. As you indicate - patience needed here while the nervous are weeded out.
