Many shareholders within this company are probably like me, who simply buy and hold for dividends and hope to get an occasion an extra bonus.
To me, I see the on-market buyback as a pool of funds that I’m should be entitled too, without the need to participate in being frittered away towards a select group of shareholders.
If u look at the annual report about 9500 individuals withholding up to 5000 shares, out of a bit over 11,000, are more than likely have similar investments attitudes to me.
