May be a stupid question but how is AAC trading at nearly half its Net Tangible Assets number ($2.55)?
In simplistic term couldn't someone buy the company and then sell all the assets to make a few hundred million dollars. You'd loss money on the buy premium and then some on the sale price, but it seems weird that the SP is so far below NTA.
