    Possibly for new investors perhaps, but there have been numerous discussions on here about what has to come before the JV on the timeline, ESG certification etc...

    I'm not at all surprised at this announcement, i would have been far more surprised if it had been the actual JV.

    This strikes me as the typical FYI reaction of buy the rumour sell the announcement, then watch the price appreciate on no news in the weeks following...
