I for one believe they did. It also explains why no schedule has been provided, because the timing for approval of the grant is unknown. The penny has dropped for some folks, and this is reflected in the recent SP movement.
The pieces are slowly falling into place, and long term holders will be rewarded for their patience. GLTAH!
