If they did, perhaps it should be explained to the market. I've seen other companies apply for the same grants from the US Gov and they've let share holders know. They just followed it up with a simple statement like, we will not make any further disclosures regarding this funding unless it is awarded.
We got burnt already with lack of disclosure from Roly. I will follow this to the end but would never jump on another Co he's involved with.
