This is a nothing announcement, after 15 months of no agreement, they are still "working towards" this and that. No timelines given to actual signing, no detail about what might be in the JV. The happy couple are picking out a place to live somewhere "near Kwinana". Big deal, so what ? I would be amazed if the SP rose on this.
