Hi MJ, as others have said i enjoy reading your posts as they generally informative... but tbh its a little annoying, or even suspicious, when people who got in on the ground floor sit and watch a bloodbath like today and somehow justify management...... afterall back in August when FYI price was 80 CENTS you commented that it would be great time to announce the JV as it could result in a significant (positive) re rate..... so now we are 53 cents ...so clearly the JV anouncement had the opposite effect. How can you defend that ?
