As one who bought in around 12c, I was hoping like most that the run-up to this announced deal was just the precursor for a price near to the $1 or higher.
On what I can see in the ann the future of FYI looks solid but its gonna take a fair while before the market revisits the price we enjoyed.
I sold on Friday as I felt the rather significant profit sitting there would be better used in a few other plays and I have no doubt the return on capital in those shares will far outstrip FYI's likely performance over the next 6 months.
In my experience, once a company loses its "favored" status in the market ...it takes a fair while for the s/p to reflect that so I am expecting the price to languish around the 60c mark for a considerable time
