Don't get me wrong mate. Friday's trading did not end with me kicking back with a beer. -35% in my largest holding makes a dent in confidence no matter what your entry price. But I understand the end of the market we are in and that market expectations can get out of hand.
Remains to be seen if the market bounces back at resumption of trading or continues to fall. Sub holder changes will be interesting also. ~32m odd is not retail. Someone big hit the sell button, and someone big was also buying.
For a bit of context though, Ioneer (INR) recently signed a JV with Sibanye Stillwater. The next trading day saw the SP fall by ~18% from an all time high. It isn't 35%, but Friday was a red day for the ASX anyway which may have compounded falls. Maybe both deals are bad, maybe they are just corrections to more realistic./sustainable levels to move from going forward.
