People can argue for the Pros and Cons as they want to.
The main fact for me: Alcoa could have chosen other competitors or trying to go alone for HPA. But they have chosen FYI to enter the HPA market. They are willing to invest nearly 200 mio to make it happen TOGETHER WITH FYI.
I assume that I am still sitting in the right boat ;-)
