Discarding all the nonsense that is prevalent in this forum, can someone come up with a genuine reason for this fall?

I think this is way oversold. I’m quite disappointed by fellow SH who sold at this low level.

What were people expecting from this deal?
That Alcoa will give everything for free?

The deal to me is a solid deal.
Alcoa is paying for the $200mUSD.
If FYI was to raise capital or lend to upfront this cost, it would have easily diluted SH interest by 50%. Even if all the CR could have been done at ATH 88c.

I’d be more happy to see Alcoa, a world renowned team working together with FYI to be the main player in this space with 35% interest than to see FYI going it alone at 50% interest.
