We have two significant issues:
- We have no protection over our intellectual property, and;
- We have suffered a major setback on our commercial production timeline.
We are really hanging our hat on Alcoa's involvement at this stage. They control the project and the timeline. There remains significant risks, despite most of the commentary on here.
