Certainly ticks all the boxes. Been there and done that in the EV space as well as in majors such as Rio and Alcoa (so should be able to fit in well with the corporate culture and processes).
I expect this is the first of a range of fairly low risk news items around the development of a team with Alcoa.
Potential JV got another plug at the Alcoa investor day. SP seems to have arrested its fall and attempting to push higher.
