This will depend on costs. If the phased modular production proves out during engineering then it could be a way to get into production using available funding options and then increase the production output over time once we have offtakes and additional financing options available. If someone wants to give FYI a ton more money then they can look at a large plant out of the gate.
At least we're seeing some positive signs after a long period of seeing/hearing nothing.
