A show of confidence to the market including the MD pulling his wallet out, again, to participate.
Roly could not be managing the capital structure any better and they are doing it the right way - small incentives for themselves, pulling out their owns wallets.
Compare that to other HPA emergers where they are just issuing options hand over fist for free and selling some to fund exercising others (effectively giving themselves free shares in the millions), taking ridiculous salaries for the early stages the company is at.
We have a team who's remuneration at the moment is by far the smallest of other reputable HPA emergers however they're taking us towards becoming the leader in the HPA space. Can't ask for much more than that.
