being saying that for many years,but with this laestt announcements gives them another string in their bow,we may wind up nearly the same as iluka,with the mineral sands
the progress has been slow one only hopes that soon full stops will be pulled and construction will begin on site and we can see the long wait has been worthwhile
build it they will come
