I agree FYI's IRR of 55% is very attractive, on top of a $1.014 billion NPV. I like the way the update brings it just above the billion, so that the media headlines can say "FYI exceeds billion dollar NPV" TMT's IRR will improve if their Capex drops with a 2-stage development. If you're keen on high IRR's, check out VRX (IRR=83%). Also, some mentioned today for FYI a HPQ by-product and silica. Can anyone remember where this was discussed in previous anns ?
