FYI just dropped to 26c, that's a 13 month low. And still we have no update from the company whether this project is actually going ahead. On the one hand they are telling the market about the clear path ahead (see below from last preso), yet apparently they don't know whether or not these work streams will proceed. There's no way in the world that I would be doing planning and/or design work for Alcoa if I didn't have a signed contract.
