While slower than originally anticipated the North American shareholder strategy is starting to come together. The next step will be to have DTC eligibility approval followed by an engagement program with North American shareholders. Without DTC settlements share certificates must be physically exchanged which makes trading on the OTC more difficult and more expensive. I don't anticipate the engagement program to start until after DTC approval is received. I believe there has been some movement here but no firm date has been given. Watch this space.
