FYI could perhaps ask Ecograf to take them over, the two companies are supposed to be working together after all. The management of FYI get stood down, and FYI's board is told to disappear. The only assets I can see for FYI are a small lab, $10m cash, and a kaolin mine. FYI shareholders could get EGR shares to the combined value of ~$10m. At least it would be something.
