I think it's very possible a JV could happen - but not a takeover.
There will be offtakes with money attached to help fund the CAPEX after these 2nd round of samples are assessed again by one or two of the interesting counterparties I would have thought.
I was aware of two MOU's that were confidential, whether this is one of those or separate I'm not sure but will find out.

There will be plenty of newsflow coming to ensure the share price keeps pushing up and it won't be until then that we would consider any further equity dilution.

We should see gradual sp growth once this initial silly sell off / trader action from this morning eases and the market digests who the MOU is with and the strategic opportunities it brings with it.
