The ASX will be asked by the Company to consider the
application of listing rule 11.1.3 to all significant acquisitions
and transactions that the Company may in the future
consider. The Company currently has no plans for such an
acquisition but will continue to evaluate and investigate
possible acquisition opportunities in the resources sector.
