I spoke to Henry last week about how long this whole process is expected to take.

He mentioned that Fosun & Boustead are finalising the Prospectus ready to submit to the SEC for approval.
It is expected that the Prospectus will be approved and issued prior to the delisting.

Assuming the vote at the EGM is in favour to delist, the company will go into suspension the day after the EGM and be removed from the official ASX list.
Once this happens he said F & B have indicated that it will take approx 3 to 4 weeks until we are listed on the Nasdaq - assuming all the above steps go smoothly.

Henry also mentioned that the company is looking to provide an update on the August IDTF patient numbers before the EGM.
