Shares that you own will not attract a capital gain /loss until you, the shareholder dispose of their shares.
If GMV didn't relist on the Nasdaq, I imagine a pretty dirty fight would of occured.
I'm happy to be holding onto my shares in GMV and have confidence that given the right USA partners, GMV have negotiate and maneuver its way on the Nasdaq.
